CD and DVD covers

These are some homework assignments for my Photoshop and Illustrator classes. I had to make a DVD cover and a CD cover in each program, it was a ton of fun. (Clicking on the images brings them up a lot larger).

I did this in Ai. using pics I took of Libby.

I did this in Ps, using pics I took of Christian.

I thought it was time to change my blog theme to something that had nothing to do with winter! So, I did this header in Photoshop and Illustrator. The pic below I also did in photoshop for a homework assignment. It started out as just an abstract vase drawing, and then I thought of those drawing exercises where the vase and head are made out of the same lines (rather confusing to explain). So, that and a vase of spring flowers Evy picked for me were the inspiration. :)
